Seminar Terms and Conditions
Money back guarantee
If within three months from the date of your first seminar you are still smoking, vaping or drinking alcohol and decide not to stop, your fee will be refunded in full without inquisition. Your word will be taken on trust - however, we ask that you be genuine in your desire to stop.
This guarantee is invalidated if you cancel, postpone, fail to attend, or arrive over 15 minutes late (or leave over 15 minutes early) for any seminar, or if you fail to attend at least two free back-up seminars within three months of your first seminar. Should you stop for three months or longer but start again later, you may attend further back-up seminars for half the standard fee (limited to two sessions for private seminar clients); after 12 months without attending a first seminar, the standard fee and full guarantee terms apply again.
Some special promotions may not include the Money Back Guarantee. Online seminars require a functional webcam and audio, and you must be visible and engaged for the full seminar - failure to do so counts as a failure to attend. Back-up seminars are approximately three to four hours long, held online, and refund requests must be made within three months of your third session.
Workplace guarantee
If staff members are still smoking, vaping or drinking alcohol after attending the initial and back-up seminars, they may complete the entire programme again as often as necessary within a 12 month period at no extra cost. This guarantee applies to the company, not the individual, who must be employed by that company at the time of attendance.
Cancellation policy
Our right to cancel
All seminars require a minimum number of people to proceed. We reserve the right to cancel an event should the minimum not be met - in that case we will reschedule you or provide a full refund if no suitable alternative is available.
Public & private seminars
Once you receive confirmation of your seminar place, you are liable for the whole fee unless we receive seven days notice of cancellation. Bookings cancelled seven or more days ahead are refunded or transferred (less processing fees); bookings cancelled within seven days are not refunded except at our discretion. Promotional vouchers will be invalidated. Arriving more than 15 minutes late means you will be refused entry without refund, though an alternative date may be offered. Cancelling or re-arranging a back-up seminar will invalidate the Money Back Guarantee regardless of notice given.
Workplace seminars
Two weeks notice is required to cancel or postpone a workplace seminar, otherwise the full fee applies. There is a minimum of ten people per seminar, confirmed only on full payment. If fewer than ten attend, the minimum fee still applies; if more attend than anticipated, the company agrees to pay for each additional attendee within 30 days of the seminar.
Personally identifiable information
Personally identifiable information provided to us is used only for the execution of our contract with you. It is shared with Allen Carr’s Easyway facilitators through our booking platform, as recording attendance and contacting registrants is a necessary part of delivering the service. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
