How do you collect information about me?
We obtain information about you when you contact us - for example, by completing our contact form, using LiveChat, asking about our products or services, making a purchase, registering for a newsletter, calling us (calls may be recorded for training purposes), or completing a facilitator’s pre-seminar assessment. For corporate seminars, we also hold information your employer has supplied to us, typically your name and contact details.
What information do you collect?
The personal information we collect depends on your relationship with us, and may include your name, contact details, payment information, seminar attendance history, and any health-related information you choose to share with a facilitator as part of your seminar assessment.
What we do with the information we gather
We use your information to provide and administer our seminars and services, process payments, respond to your enquiries, send you information you’ve requested, and - with your specific agreement - send you marketing materials about our products and services.
How do you lawfully use the information gathered?
We rely on a number of legal bases to process your data, including that processing is necessary to perform our contract with you, to comply with a legal obligation, for our legitimate business interests, or because you have given your consent - for example, to receive marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time.
How long do we keep personal information for?
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy any legal, accounting or reporting requirements, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
